- Active clients: Information is retained for the duration of your interlock service program
- After service completion: Records are retained for up to 3 years for regulatory compliance and customer support, then securely deleted
- Opt-out requests: If you opt out of SMS, your phone number is removed from our messaging list immediately. You may request full deletion of your data at any time.
