1 Program Description

By opting in to the InterlockGo NOCO SMS Appointment Reminders program, you agree to receive text messages related to your ignition interlock service. Messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Notice of missed appointments

This is a service-related messaging program only. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages will be sent.

2 Courtesy Notice — Client Responsibility

Text message reminders are provided as a courtesy only and do not replace each client's responsibility to track and appear for their scheduled appointments. Clients remain solely responsible for knowing their appointment dates and times. InterlockGo NOCO is not liable for missed appointments resulting from undelivered, delayed, or unseen text messages.

3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. You may receive up to 1–3 messages per month. Frequency may increase or decrease based on appointment activity.

4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received. InterlockGo NOCO is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.

5 Opt-In & Consent

By providing your phone number and signing the InterlockGo NOCO SMS Opt-In sheet (or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages in writing), you consent to receive SMS messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service.

6 Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may re-opt-in at any time by contacting us directly.

8 Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
